you know how you say words so many times and they lose their meaning? that’s how I feel about the words “trauma” and “trigger” right now.

Just as a slight blurb. Things that aren’t related directly to your trauma or illness and don’t cause flashbacks or panic attacks are called ‘STRESSORS’ and even if it causes you anxiety, is still not classified as a trigger.
OWN YOUR EMOTIONS AND YOUR ILLNESS. It isn’t the world’s job to manage your difficulties. It’s yours.
